Relationships, faith, and family form the heart of her life. These values shape the way she approaches her work: with steadiness, compassion, and a deep belief that healing is always possible.
Hope has always been the lens through which Alison sees the world. Her own experiences with abuse, trauma, growth, and transformation allow her to meet clients with genuine empathy. She understands the courage it takes to reach out for support, and she considers it a profound honour to walk with people as perceived problems begin to unfold into opportunities for change. Whether someone arrives carrying trauma, confusion, grief, or simply a desire for something different, Alison’s goal is to help them move toward a more grounded, whole, and meaningful life.
Alison has spent much of her professional life supporting individuals, families, and teens through complex and challenging circumstances. She began her career as a Registered Dietitian in 2015, running her own private practice for four years before joining Health Stand Nutrition, where she specialized in sports nutrition and disordered eating/eating disorders.
In 2020, Alison followed a long-held calling to deepen her work in mental health and began her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She graduated in April 2025 after completing her practicum with Family Service Saskatoon.
