Meet

I believe we all have the capacity to grow and adapt when we’re met with safety, support, and genuine connection. As a counsellor and Registered Dietitian, I bring nearly a decade of combined experience to create a trauma- and violence-informed space where your story can be explored with compassion and clarity. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based best practice, with a deep commitment to honouring your voice and pace. As a survivor of trauma myself, I hold a tender understanding of how complex healing can be and walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and hope. I have experience supporting individuals through anxiety, trauma and PTSD, intimate partner violence, spiritual abuse, divorce/separation, motherhood (and protective parenting), eating disorders, and major life transitions. Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mom of two who loves adventuring and learning with my family.
